i have a PS4 Pro and a 55 inch 4K tv. My screen border when I am in game seems to stretch just a bit outside of the screen size. Is there a way to adjust screen size in game? 

I have this problem too, and can’t fix it..

It seems you can adjust it in ps4 settings not in game. I saw something from gm yesterday

i really hope get this fixed before the game come out  on August 22

I just got home and tried it through the PS4 settings. It didn’t work

I had the same problem and I've resolved this by changing the settings directly on my tv.

Same problem for me as well. I had to take my T.V. off energy saving mode.

I’d like to know where this settings is as it’s impossible to find apparently.

My tv has different aspect ratios such as wide; stretch; just scan.  Some people also have diffent settings that aren't even aspect that fix it so I say just jiddle around with some of the tv settings to see if you can get it.
