Today some games were keyboard and mouse enabled on xbox. I believe pa said that bdx wont be kb&m enabled. If possible can you confirm that or ask them what's their take on it?
If the kbm standarizes in consoles for playing, for me, there there's no reasons to stay in this platform.
with competive shooter beeing dominated by xim/kbm emulation tools this is a good step into the right direcion to make kbm support a official thing on xbox

Unfortunately Nintendo is the only one who doesn't support it now so that's your only choice

I agree partly. With the official introduction of it there where rumors of new detection software being made. Meaning it might be harder for people to use it where it shouldn't be used.

its about time to engage towards this seeing that XIM apex is constantly sold out on amazon
this however will open ways to sell the newest emulation sticks to their user making them filthy rich (140$ for a plastic stick.. suure)
inlcuding software updates to avoid this kind of detection basicaly the never ending war hacks vs hack detection
altough until now kbm emulation remains a greyzone but this might change soon

Xim is 100% going against the rules. Its just hard to catch currently
Warm welcome to all the bots on Xbox

you sure about that?
Dude on XIM Forum:
QuoteIs it a violation of the XBox Live TOS to use a XIM3 keyboard & mouse adapter as seen here:http://store.xim3.com/XIM3_p_8.html ? Thanks.
MS Staff:
QuoteAs I understand, you're checking if using a 3rd party keyboard and mouse adapter on the console's going to be a violation to the terms of use.
The answer to the said inquiry would be, "no". You can feel free using the mentioned external accessories. However, we are unable to guarantee its efficiency with the console. We would highly recommend you to continue using the certified Xbox 360 accessory to optimize your gaming experience.
I hope I was able to help you on your concern today.

duno what policies developer have in mind towards kbm emulation
this is why i think of it within a greyzone
it obviously gives benefits over the use of a controller but so far no one seems to bat an eye about it all that much
however ms seems to be aware of it since a couple of years and they want to give their own solution to kbm now booting out the 3rd party providers of that stuff
which is a good thing tho cos this kbm emulation seems to become a serious thing now on console
I'm willing to verse anyone using kb&m in BDX while using a controller, it doesn't matter to me. I see the advantage in kb&m but from my experience most people are just terrible at reaction based games, which the combat in BD relies heavily on. I welcome challenge though I hope BDX stays controller exclusive.
From what I know, there is no way to play BDX on a kb+m. You can use a keyboard to type, but right now I dont think you can control your character with one

Awesome
This would make absolutely no sense...
Consider just buying a PC if you prefer mouse and keyboard...its coming to xbox for those who don't prefer mouse and keyboard gaming primarily.

FYI people actually have been banned for such on Xbox One at least...however if the question is will this developer allow or take action...yep its likely grey as the devs have the tool tod etect and disable but its optional to use.
