Hi,

Now the beta is finished and as you could see the Sony bug was not solved, i won’t say we had not the chance to play the game during the beta but it was with an other account and we won’t benefit from the perks of playing the beta in the game after launch like the items, the pets (not talking about the sky hawk) and the differents titles, but also we could not enjoy this moment because we all were frustrated to be forced to play with an other account and the delay we had to wait for this half solving solution.

I’m not here to put Black Desert on trial, even if it is a Sony problem both parties are to blame for differents reasons, i write those lines not for myself but for the community of EU players disappointed by those past days.

So it would be appreciated that at the very least EU players (won’t mind US players but it was a EU problem ...) with pre order get some sort of compensation for the troubles of the past few days either the perks from the beta or something else to commemorate the fact that they were here during the beta since they were here but on an other account ...

The Sony bug was solved Today in fact I got in but was only able to play for 5 mins if that before they shut the beta down, Very poor on their part they didn't even bother to say it was fixed or extended the beta in fact they have said nothing since Saturday, What faith I had in them is completely gone, good luck to those that have chosen to spend their money with them.
