I’m currently level 49 and every time I try to kill something to level up it says you can’t gain exp until you finished the quest [To level 50] Breaking new grounds, but I don’t have a quest like that and can’t I find a quest like that. I tried to use a clear memory piece, and when i try to use that is says you have not met the right conditions to use this item. I can’t find the quest to get to level 50 and I can’t use the clear memory piece.

The black spirit is supposed to give you the quest. You can try destroying the crystal and he will give you another. If that doesn’t work check your quest log, should be listed there. Abandon and talk to the spirit again.
