Soo i have yet to recieve a value pack code via email and im unsure why all my friends have gotten it im very frustrated

Same, I've opened 3 seperate tickets about the issue and have received 0 help. This is ridiculous considering how much money I have wasted on this game at this point I'm ready to take steps through my bank an refund every penny rather then waste time on a game that cares nothing for it's customers. Ridiculous never have I ever received such little useless help from a customer support.

same still nothing... i cant even put in a ticket saysing missing information when everything is filled out. SO who knows now

are you guys using Google mail? The mail was in promotion/other not in the inbox, otherwise check spam, I know mine wasn't in my inbox had to search the other mail in case it got lost, hope it helps.
