After Kama came out today I decided to go for the ring of power to get some easy AP. After finishing Kama 1 and 2 I went back to do Valencia 1. As far as I've seen these are the only prerequisites for the ring of power quest. After doing all the quests I went to Purajin in Valencia and he has no quests to give. I guess this is just a bug because I had a similar thing happen where the old moon tent quest didn't show up after I did the story. 

This isnt my first character and I didn't have any Valencia quests done before I finished Kama incase that's important.

It might not even be in the game yet but I've had no answer in server chat so I thought I'd try here. Let me know if you have any information.
