Anyone know where start point for the fairy quest mysterious companion is at? Say's you need the quest to use unstable crevis's

You get the quest from your black spirit which then sends you to the temple east of heidel.  In order to get the black spirit quest you must complete the calpheon quest line.  Basically if you go to quests and right bumper over to main its the quests before mediah.
