Hello

I preordered the ultimate edition for ps4, but did not receive any of the content. I only received the early purchase bonus, and a 15 day value pack, and appearance coupon (ultimate edition offers a 90 day value pack). Im also missing the Sky Hawk pet, a reward for participating in the PS4 beta.

I cant sign in to the only site I know for submitting a ticket because it wont accept my account information as valid.... so.... whats going on, anyone else having this issue?

Having the same issue. Plus there's no way to change the UI screen and  its affecting my gameplay. 

Update: 

The Ultimate Edition issue has been resolved. I received mail thanking me for purchasing the ultimate edition, it contained a crate with the items.

Also worth mentioning is an in-game message stating that the Sky Hawk pet, a reward for participating in the beta, will be mailed to players on Aug 23rd.

Ok so hey, I have to ask, did you have any issues redeeming your coupon code for the Sky Hawk??

I can't get anyone to talk to me straight about this issue.  It lets me type in the code but won't let me select a server/character name.  It's driving me nuts.

Hey, I had a few issues, but once I linked my account (had to make an account on the console.playblackdesert website, get on Black Desert, go to my profile and hit the "Link your account" button, and add my info) everything went smooth. An email was sent to me with the coupon code and a link for where to put the code. After that coupon items were set to my character in game. At the time I only had one character, so that might have helped my situation a bit. Also, I didnt receive the item immediately, it took.... a day or so? at most I would say.
