The rules will grow and change over time. Overall the guild can be considered hardcore, but it accommodates those that have busy lives of their own while having a passion for the game. To give an example, you don't need to join every node wars we do, but if you miss three in a row without a good reason then we'll have to discuss things.

Mics will be necessary for wars. Even if you don't talk it will help to listen and know what's going on..
