Before I buy the game quick question:

Is there a ip block on the game servers like it is for pc?

If I buy from Canada PSN digitally and play via my same PSN account but I am physically in dubai right now would I be able to play or does my IP get blocked? I could never play the PC game because Dubai was not on the list ... just wondering.

also does anyone know server address of the game servers for canada/na so I could try connecting to it see if it gives me access before buying the game? 

All help appreciated because you know 60$ ain't cheap to end up being blocked.
