So I can claim the ultimate edition box but the psn pre order box mail I get a internal error has occurred. Won't let me claim it. This is happening as I posted it so just submitting a report to hopefully get this resolved 

I had issue earlier yesterday. I clicked it a few more times and it went through.

Yeah I tried that, spammed x and even login logout switch chars not working for me so just submitted a ticket 

Sighs I hope this gets resolved soon sorta has been awkward and disappointing. Especially when the pre order bonuses are decent. 

So I seen I discord others are experiencing this I wish x mashing worked for me as it had other however I hooe this gets addressed and fixed for those who can't claim their in game mail attachments internal error processing wall 

I hope this gets fixed. Feels like 100. Buck slap in the face now on the silence behind 1 in game mail attachment. Eagle coupon worked fine fame did the patch feels like it broke this one mail attachment and I haven't done oh I want a refund. Just want what I paid for.. The shudad armor and pet and other ultimate edition pre order bonus. Feels so dejavu with this as with conquer package at pc launch.. Maybe a little bit of compensation I'm not only one going through this the gms from. Pc sent like a teir 5 compensation horse and other things as a fix for a error like this but honestly I think fixing the problems is priority. 

I'm hoping today's maintenence fixes the problem.. But it's only hope.

Hi, I ran into this problem as well. I acadently deleted the game and then reloaded it on my ps4. After doing this I was able to gather my items attached to the mail sent. This may help you as well.
