Hello,

I tried to check the trophy list, but I can't see it on my ps4. I have a notification I earned a trophy, but when i select it I get error WS-37073-0. Anybody knows if there's something to fix this? Not the biggest issue in the world ofcourse, but would like to see the trophy list between my other games.

Same issue

I found a workaround from an old Borderlands 2 thread when this happened before.

1. Get an easy trophy on another game.

2. Hold the PS button as soon as it pops and close the application.

3. Go to Notifications (Do NOT go to Trophies.)

4. Click "X" on the trophy you just earned. Synching will start again, albeit slow at first. If you get a blue screen just leave it, it's ok and still synching.

5. Once it works again, go over to Trophy and make sure it works there too. 

Black Desert will still not show. I will see if it corrects itself when I get another in the game but all other trophies should be working again. Mine did.

I noticed this back on Tuesday that it was giving an error when trying to view trophies. I thought they would of fixed it on release day, but I guess not.

I was waiting to today to say something, but I see you already posted about it.

Pearl Abyss has not uploaded the trophies to PSN yet is what it looks like. you can view the trophies saved on your PS4, but not on PSN.

we have to wait for Pearl Abyss to fix it.

This too. Though the issue stops all trophies from synching. The workaround I posted will at least get things working for other games until the issue is addressed.

and Thanks for the replies! Yeah I noticed it tuesday too, but thought maybe it was an early acces thing and waited till today too, to ask about it. Not the biggest issue in the world, but nice to see I'm not the only one. Thought i had to maybe redownload it again or something.

Don't waste bandwidth, wait for the devs and Sony to right the situation. It'll happen. 

Pretty sure it goes without saying at this point that this is impacting all players, but just echoing that I also have the problem in hopes that volume will help to call attention to it. Sure the team has plenty to do post launch but hadn't seen anywhere that it is recognized this is an issue.

Well, it has been fixed. I don't know if it's the same for everyone, but my trophy list is finally updated with Black Desert, and no more error.

Great! At work myself but good to hear it was addressed, even if it was done so silently it seems. lol

I can take a stealth patch over none at all. ?

I still have this issue, (with just BDO btw) And it's getting really irritating for me. My BDO trophies still don't show up on neither what'snew nor activities. I already tried to sync btw but still same..

The trophy list has been added by Sony EU so it appears to be working now. It should start working in your region when it is updated.
