Cooking - Dish with Poorly Prepared Ingredients missing

I spent about 60min making beer, good feed, and essence of liquor but didn't get a single Dish with Poorly Prepared Ingredients from the various procs.
Before today I did get a few but at a lower rate than the other dishes. Now though not a single one from an entire hour of cooking.

Yeah, the CP items for cooking, alchemy, and farming are not in the PS4 version yet sadly.
