I purchased a name and family name change last week. Used both of them and never received. Ive filled out form on the ps4 and never got a response. It didnt have a customer service tab here. Not quite sure what to do to either recoup my pearls or have the changes go through.

Due to the time it was taken that character was deleted. Now with no name or family name change occuring.

Made multiple tickets in game but have heard nothing. You took 2000 pearls

Ppl will change their ideas about anything  - time is irrelevant. Please keep to the topic at hand like a civil adult

They did a partial server maintenance, so I'm guessing when 4th September's full maintenance comes, you will see the name changes take effect

Edit: Confirmed with support from GM_Keplan, the name changes will take effect with the upcoming scheduled maintenance. Which means that this past mini-maintenance didn't take into account name changes. Hope this info helps @ Koolia

To be fair.

If you would read the description before you purchase something. You would not have this issue. Item description actually states that the name changes both character and family will happen after each server maintenance/major update. It also states not to delete your character because it will be voided and you will lose your Pearl's. So this is on you and not PA. As they warned you before purchasing and also in description of the items. 

I'm not trying to be mean but a lot of people have issues like these because they do not READ. And it gets old.
