So with the release of the Pearl shop on PS4, they are holding an event where you get a few goodies if you make any purchase. I've bought pearls on 23 August 2019 via Playstation store, and still haven't received the bonus items Still haven't received word from support via the ticket system, so I've decided to make a post instead.

Anyone else having the same issue or is there a convoluted loop I have to jump through to claim the extra items?

Update: Received word from GM_Keplan @ support and this matter will be sorted out - at least for me. I encourage anyone that didn't receive it to contact support + use Playstation Transaction ID as proof of purchase date regarding the pearl box purchases

10/10 customer support this time ??
