Bugged Quest - Investment and Mass Production (Loggia Farm)

Good evening,

I have attempted this quest on multiple characters to no effect. The quest requires you to invest in the nod and unlock the Potato Farming investment at Loggia Farm. No matter how many times I activate the Potato Farming investment (even going as far as having a worker work the land) I have never gotten quest completion.

 I got workaround for you. Remove quest, Invest CP in all needed buildings, start quest again.
