I know of sunil camp and rhutum outstation. 

Is there any other place that mobs drop bare weapons? I know yuria, liverto, kazark. I am just looking for bare STAFF weapon drop location. The places I know may only be for PC version. So far I got yuria axe, sayia knot, bares amulet, bares bow and bares sword and no staff. My toon is wizard.

I'm pretty sure it's mid lvl 30 places. Check out Khuroto Cave. They drop a silly amount of green quality weapons & armour.
