I accidentally deleted a duo sicil necklace by equipping the talis necklace I was attempting to delete 

I submitted a ticket

If this can be replaced, how long would it take?

my blood pressure is just up worrying about it

I heard they allow 2 items to be recovered per year, but I'm not 100% sure that it's true.

You should definitely get in the habit of locking all your items though!

that was hours ago, I’m seriously panicking 

xbox services were offline so I couldn’t check as soon as I got the email

I finally got some sleep

im just so worried, this really is a matter of playing or not playing and I’ve spent so much time on this crap

i sent a ticket with a screenshot of my in-game mail and the issue

but now It’s taking way longer to get a response than my first ticket.

im worried if I’ll get a response at all

i dont want them to think I’m “crying wolf”

Edit: I’ll delete this thread if all is solved

i know this may look annoying to the majority

You get the item yet? They usually get it pretty quick. I know mine took around 72 hours (was a tri chest piece if I remember right) but they eventually nailed it to me and I immediately locked it. Just make sure you lock the gear you are using just to be safe .
