I accidentally deleted a duo sicil necklace by equipping the talis necklace I was attempting to delete

If this can be replaced, how long would it take?

I heard they allow 2 items to be recovered per year, but I'm not 100% sure that it's true.

You should definitely get in the habit of locking all your items though!

24 hours tops from my experience and yes they do recover items

Received an email way earlier saying to “kindly wait for the in-game mail”

that was hours ago, I’m seriously panicking 

xbox services were offline so I couldn’t check as soon as I got the email

im just so worried, this really is a matter of playing or not playing and I’ve spent so much time on this crap

i sent a ticket with a screenshot of my in-game mail and the issue

but now It’s taking way longer to get a response than my first ticket.

im worried if I’ll get a response at all

i dont want them to think I’m “crying wolf”

i know this may look annoying to the majority

Dont worry it will take time but they do help with those things a guildie deleted his tet kzarka and got it back so chill

Alright man, I have faith in PA

You get the item yet? They usually get it pretty quick. I know mine took around 72 hours (was a tri chest piece if I remember right) but they eventually nailed it to me and I immediately locked it. Just make sure you lock the gear you are using just to be safe .
