No matter what I do it wont let me link my account, I've registered here and tried my email address and account name, anyone know what I'm doing wrong?

I am having same issue as well

I had a similar issue.  Turns out there is a registration for PC accounts and a separate one for console.  I registered on the main Black desert online page which turns out is only for PC and doesnt count for console.  Once I registered under the console site https://www.console.playblackdesert.com/ (Register option is at top right, had to maximize web settings to see it) it allowed me to link my account.  Hope this helps

Same here. DID this and no success.

Register on console.playback....

Says error 400. 

You have to link the accounts from the console website that was mentioned a couple of post above this one. If you're trying to link the accounts on consoles in-game then you'll get that error. @CM_Shirna mentioned this awhile back in a stream but no new info on whether it was fixed amd seeing as the error 400 popped up it hasn't been resolved. Again go to the website to link the accounts.

Its December 2020 and I still get an error wen I try to link in-game. So I went on my PC, logged into my account and go to account info and the Button to link my PS4 account is grayed out. Does anyone know how to rectify this?

You have to link it from youre profile in game , if its stil grey then most likly you signed for PC platform go to https://www.console.playblackdesert.com

Im trying to link do you have to go to the website on the actual console to link it because ive tried on my cell and desk top so far?

This is what I have done as well. I have even gone as far as too create a brand new account on the console . playblackdesert . com website knowing I already did in the first place and lord and behold the place to click on to link our accounts to any console is grayed out still aand does not work yet here we are getting fake answers. it does not work because it says right underneath it is that "you can link your account in game" yet this draws us back to the same issue. We get the Error 400 message, and it tells us too contact customer support, yet we can NEVER get into contact with CUSTOMER SUPPORT. NEVER. it does not give us an option too do so you cant email them nor can you can call them. Lets have a moment of silence for the amazing invinsible fake customer support BDO has offered us.
BDO plus app does not help either just so no one tries to tell me do i have that or not lol

Bdo staff does not even want too answer me on discord nor with the "Support ticket" inquiry you send which is their "Support ticket" (Laughable) 

 Customer support is non existent if there were negative 5 star review their support takes the title for that -5 star review.

 Are you using the same password as your xbox account? Not the one for this site. You also have to confirm it from your email. 

I have the solution to this posts issue!!!

Step 1: make account on here(likely already done

Step 2: In game veiw your profile/ My information page(where you change titles etc.)

Step 3: Press Y to link accounts( lost likely TRIANGLE for PS)

Step 4: Sign into said account from step 1!

Step 5 check your profile setttinging on here to be sure you got it right!

Try directly after logging in, then it works

I also had the same problem yesterday, but today I tried again it worked. fnf Maybe it crashed when you entered it, you can try again later.

it keeps telling me that my account doesnt exist. Ive recativated my account everywhere i can figure to do so. but Ps4 is telling me ive got no account or the pass is wrong, but its not and I do. Maybe it takes a while to show up? Ive only just been trying in the last hour or so. Jeez!

ok so i accepted the bazar Elephant quest and i have spent so much silver on this invention for the Quest for Elephant Mount and it keeps saying i cant accept the the old moon buff i do not have this on and when i look on forms i am told to hit view all on my quest but i do not have this option how do i accept this quest?
