Hi there,

Since this morning I'm unable to access central market via phone app anymore. It asks me to enter 6 digit OTP code and I can't seem to figure out what it is.

It seems to be a one time password but I haven't got any email or anything. Is this early in development and bugged atm? 

I was hoping for some PA staff reply.

EDIT: you need to log in to your website account and create and verify your OTP.

Maybe you are right.

So I dealt with it in the following way:

1. Log in on website

2. Find OTP setup and complete it 

3. Download Google Authenticator from app store/google play

4. Scan QR code present on your BDX website account to merge it with google authenticator

5. Make sure you update your black desert mobile app as there was an update today

I followed all the steps and still could not get my login to work on the app anymore.

I had to reset the app few times before I could log in. Ultimately, it does work cause I'm literally just collecting things I sold from the CM on my phone. 

Maybe try a clean install of the BDX app

Uninstalling and starting a new install fixed the issue. Thanks.

Solution is clear cache and app data.
