Hi. So I just got the game to play with a friend of mine in the us when I’m in the uk. However I didn’t notice the region lock. Is there any way of getting on the NA server? I saw a black desert psa saying it can be done but nowhere seems to say how. I made an NA psn account but it’s still sending me to the eu server I guess because it’s still using the game from my main account which is registered In the uk 

Dunno what you're doing but I can use a Hong Kong account from NA and play on Asian servers without doing anything beyond switching psn ids. 

Oh that’s strange. I made a us psn Id but it still sent me to the Eu server on it 

Did it have you make new characters?

Did you recognize any of the guilds that have nodes?

Btw, the game doesn't say the server is EU, NA, or SEA by the server list. It will just say Balenos-1, Mediah-2, Serendia-1, etc regardless of the country you are connecting to. 

Yeah it did. The reason I new it was still Eu is the friend I was going to play with on the NA server couldn’t see me and vice versa despite us both being on Valencia 1 and the same town in game 

I didn't ask if you saw your friend. That's the issue.  I asked if the server had different guilds on the nodes and if you created completely new characters. You can even name the guilds on the nodes along with server name. I'd be able to tell you if you were on NA. 

Ah ok I misunderstood. I’m having some connection issues with my PS4 currently but as soon as I get it sorted i’ll post another reply with an answer for you
