This is probably the same underlying bug as the Ring Menu and Config settings not being preserved, but just in case it isn't:

When you reorder your characters at the login panel (e.g. putting your most used alts at head of list),  this order is not being preserved. After a few days the characters will revert back to their original order (sorted by creation time).

Can confirm this. As of today, my ring menu settings have been reset 3 times after the update coupled with character order reset in the login screen.

Due to quitting the game often without using the disconnect function, i hoped for solving the issue with one good old disconnect use (to save the settings in one session). However, this did not work at all. I am currently experiencing both resets again.

Edit: All 50+ workers were affected as well, dropping their work units and had do be re assigned again manually... twice. There is now hate growing for this bug, the inconveniance of doing this is over 9000.
 

So far i can tell right now, this never happend to me.. so its not a general issue for all players I think...  thought it would be nice to know for .

Dont have any issues in Ring Menu, in character order settings or with my workers. Same for my Guildies.

.....I didn’t know it was possible to reorder the char list....I’ve privately moaned about that inability since week 1.lol

I will have to look more closely I guess.

Have the same issues with reseting config settings, ring menu, character slots and workers... i just stopped reconfigurating for the time being... its too frustrating to do it 2-3 times a day, because i have to switch to different games quite often. Only the ringmenu is a must, but thats at least not as time consuming as sending all workers back to there nodes. So for now i am without workers it seems.

Can confirm one more insight on this "bug". It happens 100% of the times i close BDO and start another game directly after. (just via ps4 menu or going the intended way by disconnecting in the BDO menu doesnt make a difference) When i come back to BDO all settings and menus are reset to default.

Without starting another game it only happens randomly at some times but very rarely. It seems PA wants us to only play BDO and dont start any other games.

Thank you for the feedback when players bring out attention to what seems to be triggering the issue it helps our devs find solutions. I'll be sending this info to them tonight.
