I know it's a pain to jump on the internet while playing to search stuff, but here is a link which tells you what every node produces. You can search an individual material that you need in order to locate which  node produces  it. As an example say you need coal to make steel you type in coal and it will show you there are 3 nodes that produce coal. Good luck I  hope this helps.

Only problem is PS4 doesn't have all the nodes and some of them down have the resources turned on like Marni cave

The only resource available is the PC BDO map which is "framme's BDO tools" which isn't accurate for this version of the game but you can figure out the general idea from that.
