Optimization: hide players does not work

At Kzarka, this option does not work properly, lags and slow graphic. Despite a large amount of players, they did not hide. Xbox reported 2x the system resources are too low and the application (BDO) better should be restarted.

Did you turn it on the Hide other adventurers and turn the character optimization on and bring it to 10?

is not this the forum section "Bug Reports"? I do not think that this is a personal problem of mine, rather the whole player community concerns. I'm just the nice guy who speaks it out, free for PA. On the contrary, I still pay, crazy world ...

Forums have been created because they give people the ability to talk with other players about possible bugs, generally (and this is my personal percentage from looking here every day) 70% of reported "BUGS" here, are players not knowing how to do whatever it is they are doing. Enabling players to talk about it sorts through a bulk of the issues. Also, there is generally a few day turnaround on tickets and this gives a place for people to talk and discover more info about whatever problem they may be having while waiting for the ticket. The first step is to always submit a ticket. Customer Service can do so much more than I can in the sense that they personally look into your account to see what exactly is going on.  Part of my job is to comb these pages to ensure that everyone is taken care of, and if people haven't submitted a ticket or aren't understanding the process of everything doesn't get left out (so I'm actually really glad you were wondering, allows me to talk more in depth about this ) In other cases, isues are intricate and players may feel that they aren't being understood by customer service and then I find posts and can talk with customer service on my end and try to help. Coming here is completely optional, if you feel that this is work and isn't gratifying, then just submit a ticket. A lot of people here just like the interaction and helping each other.
