In my quest log, under [ADV Support: Inventory Expansion] I had two quests listed as being available:

• Jarette's Headache
• The Restless Claus

Both of these are at the western guard camp.  So I ran to the camp, went up to Claus , accepted, and completed "The Restless Claus".

I pulled up my log panel again, to set an autopath to find the  quest giver for the other quest ... and discovered that the quest "Jarette's Headache" had vanished without a trace.  I searched around and found Jarette in the camp and indeed she was not offering the other inventory expansion quest.

Are these two quests mutually exclusive?  Or is this a bug? 

Sometimes these type quest require you to activate life skill quests in your profile.

@CM_Valtarra, @Watermelahn : A good suggestion, though in this case I do  have all quest types enabled in my profile.  Also note that the issue isn't merely that the quest-giver wasn't offering anything, it was that the quest vanished without a trace from the "Suggested" list in my quest panel before I could get around to acquiring it.

I'd submit a ticket but unfortunately I don't have a video to prove my case.  I did capture one but alas it wasn't long enough to show the entire sequence.

I just had this bug [?] happen again.  This time it was a different quest that vanished from the list.

This time I managed to capture a video showing it in full.   Woohoo! BUG REPORT SUBMITTED!

I got a reply from their customer service.  Once again I am left shaking my head.

Customer support stated that it is perfectly normal for some of your inventory expansion quests to vanish without a trace, without ever having been done. "It's not a bug".

Basically, they tried to suggest that some of the quests were mutually exclusive.  If that were the case, then the quest descriptions should/would state so. They do not. I seriously doubt these quests were intended to be mutually exclusive, but even if so, then omitting this information from the quest descriptions would still qualify as a problem needing fixing.

DM me the video please, I'll send it to the devs today.
