Is this true I was just on the bdo website for PS4 

and the date says 11.14.2019

GM Troll us.... Awakening is not available and also the 2 World Bosses Quint and Muraka aren't.

So, I did notice that the GM note is a little misleading because it says You will now be able to... but the date for launch has always been the same. The GM note was posted so everyone could receive info on what the update will bring. I think it was assumed that since the announcement for the release date and the gm note were posted the same day people would see both and see that it was just a more in-depth post on what to expect. The GM note says the 14th because that's the date it was posted, not because it was launching that day. I mentioned last week that the it's phrasing is a little confusing. We will make sure to try and avoid phrases like that in the future. General rule of thumb is if there isn't a post with a date on twitter or facebook, it isn't a set date. There tend to be lots of word of mouth and rumors because people will hear something in a stream or think they are picking up context clues in forums and pass it off as factual knowledge and it causes lots of issues. Sorry it took me a few days to respond, my weekend had already started when this question was asked.

Yeah, i checked the info on the general news page and saw the awakening with no date (or i missed it 3 times), but telling "will now be able to awaken" so the assumption was made.
I rarely check Twitter to be honest.

On another note, might i swing in a very recent issue which has nothing to do with this?

The rate of logs being gathered - has this always been set to 1-2 at max? I could swear they allowed 1-4 units per proc. But after todays testing, i never got a single 3 or 4 proc out of 3 tools (!) (Artisan 7 btw). Might i kindly ask if this is working as intended? 

No worries, and that is partly my fault too. I told myself I would start sharing the info in here every time announcements are made but I fell behind with it while traveling and doing other things. I'll start incorporating it into my daily tasks. As always, never hesitate to message or tag me. I'm always here

As for the gathering procs, I only get those procs with my hedgehog out. Was yours out/fed? Or did you ever have one?

I do have one, always fed and rdy to go. What im referring to is the maximun single proc of logs, which is 1-2 + another 0-2 from hedgehog.
Freshly tested for you:
logs:    1-2 + another from hedgehog
stone:  1-3 + afh
sap:     1-4 + afh
meat:  1-4 + afh
hide:    1-5 + afh
Tool: magic or lucky

I feel like that's always how it has been. I'll gather some logs today and see if it feels any different.
