Je rencontre une difficulté dans le jeu, je n'arrive pas avoir la quête de la fée avec aucun de mes personnages. J'ai avancé dans toutes les quêtes au point d'avoir mon esprit occulte dans sa dernière forme, impossible de déclencher la quête.

Je suis 59 avec mon main et j'ai plusieurs autres perso entre 50 et 56, j'ai fait toutes les quêtes de l'esprit occulte avec la plupart des les perso pour essayer les différents chemins et d'autre à coté. Si quelqu'un peu m'aider j'en serais ravis. Merci d'avance

Awww I am sorry to hear this, I have yet to complete the fairy quest and can't seem to find info that can help you, but we do have really helpful people that may have answers for you. 

First, make sure you submit a ticket to console.playblackdesert.com/support that way if it is a game issue the ticket is in and getting worked on. Next, let me tag a few people in here that may help. or do you know a ton about the fairy quest? This player can't trigger it and I can't find info. Here is his original post translated:

first of all thanks for tagging me .

As solution i can give you a few answers:

1. Complete the mainstory, all the way through Media to the Endboss (no spoiler)

2. Hit lvl 52 ( i read you reached it)

3. Activate all quests (My Info - Quests - All Quests)

4. Walk towards Kamasylvia Temple and try if the quest gets triggered there

5. Awakening Quest done (was patched out of the game earlier - earlier patches you had to complete Awakening Questline to trigger this)

Ok, i'm gonna try it. I need to do the Mediah quest and come back to say if it work. 

i already try to go at Kamasylvia temple but I'm gonna try it again after finish the mediah quest.

You need to do the mainstory quest until you reach the Witch, kill it and normally you could accept the fairy quest... never tried it cause i've done this quest months ago. I recommend doing the whole story line

I finaly have the quest, the spirit give it to me at the begining of mediah mainstory quest.
