So I have tried to bring this up many times in game to the GMs when they show up in game but constantly get ignored. So I'll post it here since bringing it up on live streams gets me nowhere as well.

1. Ring Menu and Quest filter reset. Many people on PS4 have this issue. Since you guys make it hard to get attention to these issues I don't blame you in assuming it's a small portion of players. I'm reality it's a small portion that haven't tried reporting it since PA makes it's hard to do so to begin with.

2. Unable to attack forts in nodewar. Again a well known issue that to this day hasn't been fixed.

3. Trying to dodge left or right during combat is messed up because the camera turns while doing so. Trying to dodge say to the right of a enemy attack will turn the camera while dodging so that you in a sense dodge into the line of fire.

Easiest fix will be the removal of camera turning with the left stick. If holding up on the left joystick and slightly moving it left will turn you character. I don't know if the devs are aware but the right stick also turns the camera.

In short you should disable chatting on the live streams if your going to ignore the majority of people. Makes it seem like you refuse to care.

Hi there! Thanks for the feedback! I'll be gathering this info to send over to headquarters to take a look at it. That being said, I noticed that you mentioned that GM's weren't being receptive in game and that "you guys make it hard to get attention to these issues". I just wanted to let you know the correct way of reporting info so you feel like you are being heard. The first step is always submitting a ticket. Even for bugs. This way our customer service team can help you with whatever the issue is. You can do so here:

www.console.playblackdesert.com/support

Players also come here, discord, twitter, facebook, etc looking to talk to other players to see if they have had similar experiences in order to fix an issue or maybe even find out the issue was just a simple error; i.e. attempting to do a quest that has a level requirement your character isn't high enough level for yet. That being said, I will pass your info along. Feel free to drop in if you ever need anything

Cheers!

Also, as far as live streams are concerned, while on stream people can only pay so much attention to the chat room. We have other GM's and CM's that record trends, suggestions, and bugs in a report that is submitted to the devs/streamers after the stream happens. So the info is being heard, you just aren't getting a personal response every time you say something. Also, fixing things in game takes time. Every fix that's made requires testing to ensure the game doesn't break in other places. If a bug is reported Monday, chances are it won't be fixed Tuesday or even the following Monday. Because it takes time to receive the issue, figure out how to fix the issue, test the fix, wait til maintenance to fix the issue, so on and so forth. I hope this helps you understand a bit how things work on our end. You aren't being ignored, we take everyone's thoughts and suggestions into account as much as we possibly can.

Alright ticket was sent and this is the reply I got.

Greetings Adventurer,

We understand that you have several feedbacks regarding the game. In regards to your concern about the Ring Menu and Quest filter reset, please be informed that there is no option to save the ring menu settings in-game as of the moment, however, we will take note of your ticket for as an addition for possible future updates alongside the feedback you have provided regarding not being able to damage forts, and camera issues while in combat. Thus, we thank you for your continued support for Black Desert PlayStation and voicing for the Player Base.

If you have any other concerns, please feel free to contact us once again.

All the best,

GM Behr
Black Desert Console Team

Ok so you guys are informed, the ring menu and quest filters are "saved" somewhere because I can turn off my console and log back on my settings will be saved. When I pick another character is when this garbage happens.
There is something going on server side if the console in fact doesn't save this information. And to add to it, when altering character listing, that as well gets reset.
