The quest asks you to deliver tough meat that the patients have a hard time chewing to feed the Wyvern. -deliver Wyvern feed. The quest itself seems simple enough but doesn’t tell you where to get the Wyvern feed to deliver.

You don't need to pick up the feed as you should already have it and just need to deliver it to the corresponding npc. The feed won't be in your inventory if I recall but you are given a chat option when you speak to the npc you're suppose to deliver it to which will trigger completion.
