i kinda have the feelig noone is still on this case, im waiting since 2 weeks...

When did this start? 2 weeks ago, got on last christmas event worse.

In my guild only people from germany and close countrys experience this, people from US have nearly no lags.

I hope someone see that and it may help.

It's not just Germany.  Performance on north American servers been so bad for the last week or so that the game is essentially unplayable for many of us.  The performance is particularly bad if you are in a city or near a world boss, so it seems it might be related to the number of people around you.  The framerates are so bad that it is like watching a slideshow.

The problem isnt the number of people around you Some people have problems, some not. I am lucky and dont have any issues - the game runs better then ever for me.

For you , i'm from Germany aswell. Playing on a PS4 (1st Day Preorder), External HDD, and 0,5 GBit Internetcon.

You can try to setup your PS4 internetsettings

--> Prim. DNS: 8.8.8.8

--> Sec. DNS: 8.8.4.4

MTU: 1500 (works best for me with 0.5 GBit)

MTU: 1473

MTU: 1450

just try out with MTU works best for you.

Some people say that the lag issues depending on which Provider you use. For me it's Vodafone (Kabel Deutschland).

Turn off 4k and HDR to give your PS4 the best chance to get in line with the BDO content.

For this i have an answer right from a GM:

" ... the serious lag issue is at our top concern and we are trying several ways to resolve it ... "

Share your feedback with us that we know whats going on and if anything of this is helping

Same for the XBox version since Christmas:

At the moment, the game is not fun to play during the day and primetime. Only at night, the lags are gone.

Same here. EU, Germany, PS4 Pro. Game is absolutely unplayable since at least a week. Login takes 2 minutes,  massive rubberbanding and lag once logged in. Wrote a support ticket. What i got was a generic reply, they're working on game performance blabla..

I fixed the issue!

Im from germany , customer at the internet provider "Telekom". I used port forwarding, check the links below, its still laging and its not a solution but for now its the best you can do..

Just wanted to share with people, before we have more players quitting the game, cuz this silly issue!
