Worker Problem

I have 3 workers. I have 2 working fine but when I try to set the 3rd worker to work on node (any node) I get the message there is not enough space for worker.
Can anyone shine any light on this?

I seem to be able to use this worker to craft stuff though.

It lags. Hit L or R bumpers to switch to the second potato or iron it's one per screen and wont show up right away
