Trying to upgrade to the Concentrated version, but I am not receiving any of the Magical Armor Exchange quests. I am lvl 52 and have done all the black spirit quests available. The only quests he gives me now are the new mediah questline that were added. I have tried putting the Dim Magical Armor in inventory or storage while in Calpheon and talking to black spirit but neither has worked. Any help would be appreciated!

Eh.. every other version of the armor requires also to reach one more level. The last update is for lvl 56. 

Make sure to check your progress on "Six Steps of Personal Growth" 

Besides, the quest seems bugged at the moment. No need to start new topics about it, just use search option.
