2 Oatmeal, 5 Meat of any of the ones listed(yes you can mix 3 Lamb meat with 2 Pork, it works as long you meet the total quantity asked), 4 bird meat(again of any combination you want) and 1 fish from the group listed in the recipe. If you also want to keep fish for future cooking, remember the ingredient substitution rule:

For all recipes/designs you can use the general substitution rules: 
- 1 ingredient of green grade can be replaced by 2-3 white grade ingredients and vice versa. 
- 1 ingredient of blue grade can be replaced by 3-5 white grade ingredients and vice versa. 
- 1 fresh fish can be replaced by 2 dried fishes and vice versa.

All white fish are green now. And when making good feed at least, it's 2 dried green grade fish per one dish. 1 dried blue grade fish per one dish.
