Does anyone know if there is a bug when talking to Philaberto Falasi in Epheria to get the Sailboat knowledge?  I have hit over 1200 amity and technically unlocked the knowledge but when I go into 'chat' there is nothing to discuss?  I was wondering if its a case of its not been unlocked yet for xbox or there are lifeskill/story requirements etc. to receive the knowledge and next steps?

Does anybody know the date for release? Only thing I need is the designs which I am assuming aren’t in the game yet either?

Nope, nothing apart from materials you can gather is in the game yet.

Epheria kinda useless without Margoria anyway..

You can't get sailing Xp without Margoria and Ross seas. So don't expect to see sailboats, frigates and galleys as well as underwater gathering until then. As for a time frame, Margoria is not on the roadmap for this year. Also I asked a gm in server chat "When will Margoria be released" reply was "It will be released when it's released"
