The CMs prices are based on Supply vs demand. Example on PC Mystic PEN dandelion is 20bil but most every other class is 10 -15 bil. Why is that? Simple more mystic PEN Dandes transactions. Which causes the market to influx and bring it to its volatile market price which made it rise to 20bil. 

In the case of your Kzarka, Why would people sell a Kzarka at 130 mil when they can sell one for 259? They wouldn't UNLESS they are trying to pass it to a friend. So all the preorders aren't keeping the price down it's just none are being sold to rise the price to show demand. The algorithm just looks at it as capped because it doesn't sell, so why raise the price?

Then option 3 is some items have hard caps on them, Grunil gloves - 3k - 4k preorders constantly up, should be going up in price till they sit correct? Nope, hard capped at 280k. Sharps and Hards on PC were sold out at one point and selling to PO only. NEVER went above 3.6m or 1.6m respectively. 

free fluctual prices are more stupid as old cm system with sniping. they should set fix prices on items with variety +/-20-30% on them for preorders or selling
