Been aiming to improve my Energy recently and started going through my knowledge. Noticed for People of Calpheon section I need to find Lieberman Rousseau who is the Imperial Auction House manager, unfortunately PA didn’t bother taking him out of knowledge section so now I gotta wait till he comes into the game.

Not first time I’ve seen this too, how am I supposed to get more energy if this happens?

Right now even without missing NPC you can get over 400energy, just with available NPCs and monsters.
