I've seen multiple videos on how to gain mobility with sorceress but with having next to no experience with the class and the guides/videos I've found being specifically for PC and looking like a confusing blur to me I was wondering If anyone could kindly explain how it's done using XBOX controller terms/possible hotbar placements, ect,  to help those like myself who find the PC explanation videos overly confusing.

I'm asking mainly as I really like sorceress aesthetically but It seems that to be effective she has to go the extra mile and learn certain loops/exploits so I'm looking for any easy explanations on how to gain that extra needed mobility with her, so any tips are appreciated.  

Most of her mobility is through pre awakening, which is usually Dark Flame > midnight stinger > Dark Flame > a diagonal Night Crow and then back into that loop.

On pc you can actually use forward night crow in the loop but that's basically impossible to do on console so a diagonal night crow works best. You can also swap after landing from a dark flame and then Shadow Leap forward. Those should keep you mostly protected while being mobile. If you aren't being attacked or trying to catch someone running you can throw in Violation and cancel it with midnight stinger as well.
