When you gather underwater, it's a crapshoot what way your character will turn to face once you start the process of gathering from something.

This wastes many precious seconds of air, as the game will randomly turn your character opposite the way you're facing, then because of low visibility (the view angle, the lighting, also corals and weeds obscuring your body) you waste a ton of time trying to move your character towards the next object you wish to gather, at times getting stuck in rocks due to the direction the game put you in as you come out of the gather animation.

It's a serious pain in the butt, I just ask that PA keep the direction of your character the way you have it when you first gather at something underwater.
