Founders pack normally are purchased ahead of the game launching as a show of support for a game. They reward things like costumes and other advantages.
They haven't announced any packs as of yet.

Gotchya. Voluntary donations with non-pay2win rewards is fine with me.
Though, I can't afford to pay for them, so, my opinion on the matter isn't really valid.
