It would be nice to have a toggle to show Gamertags instead of character names. I always find it so much easier to find/search for people on their gamertag instead of all their character names.

It would also be good to be able to change or hide the chat window. And the orange server chat is very difficult to read on most backgrounds, it would be nice to be able to change the colours so its easier to read.
