So i am a lol 16 my next mission is to talk to Commander Cliff "who has just returned" I am able to start talking but I can choose from basic etiquette or sucuring an exploration node and he wont do anything or give me a quest when i choose either of them im sure its something simple but I'm a noob with this game and would appreciate any help thankyou
