Ignorance on official forums

Hi,
I was just wondering why is the information flow so bad on the official forums, for example compared to discord?
Over the discord, CMS share the info and answer users, but here on forums it's like they don't care?
People do constantly ask for same questions. This could be avoided by answering one of them.

Agreed, and for people that's not very much active on the official discord, how should we be able to keep up and track the answers?
Would be alot better if you (CM's) would answer us on the forums.
