If I can't get a refund for my duplicate [Berserker] Raven Ear Cuff, then maybe allow me to either enhance the one I have already using it or let me exchange it for an item I can use.

It clearly doesn't explain in game that you only get one earring slot for pearl items, I assumed you get two slots because of the fact you can equip two earrings in your inventory.

It is bad business policy not to refund any item that is not a consumable, bought by costumer from the pearl shop.

I will not be buying cosmetic items from black desert's store until this policy is revised.
