Instead of having a pile in every different warehouse all over the map and accessing it means you need to travel between cities/towns, make it so it's a universal storage.. 

i.e. if you access any warehouse, you'll have access to all the stored silver, no matter where you stored it..

no one said anything about the CM.. what's on the CM should stay on the CM, separate from what you have in Storage.. 

If you sell your loot to a vendor, the silver goes to your storage or inventory.. if you're selling stuff at Tarif, and later in Clapheon, and maybe tomorrow in Trent, you should be able to access this silver from anywhere you have access to a Storage/warehouse..

I knew what you were trying to say but im not sure its really needed, I only tend to keep 500k on me, 500k in each storage for buying workers or sending goods and all the rest of the money goes in my CM

The thing you're asking for doesn't really make sense, if you have silver in a town's storage it makes no sense at all to be able to get it out from another town

but it makes sense to bid on the CM from anywhere in the world, and collect the winning item at one town and be able to retrieve it from another town? if this makes sense, then universal storage make sense too.

They won't though, and I don't think you'll get your request either

As much as I hate the slow travel to each storage it's fine the way it is. I am not sure they would ever do this. For one they are separate warehouses, not a global. Imagine if they had made a global warehouse how much space we would have probably lost on storage space because they want you to buy it with pearls. The amount of space would have probably been reduced and would be horrible storage management. Just put extra money in CP if you need money on alts. It's pretty easy and at least we are able to do this. What if we had no way at all to transfer money?
