after climbing notrh quarry of Hidel city, suddenly had heavy burden on my back!!!
not psosible to throw away.

Regarding your question on the "Heavy Burden" on your back, it is possible that you collected a trade related item.
The backpack denotes that you have a trade item in your inventory & these items can be deleted if you choose to do so but you can also take them to trade managers who are willing to accept the item in exchange for some silver (based on distance & node connection),
