Horse Taming
While doing the horse taming event last night I noticed when I would throw the rope on the horses neck it would say click A button as soon as I would the horse would rear up and I would lose my rope instantly. After 60+ I noticed if I would lasso the horse and let him rear up first about 5 seconds after it was lassoed I could tame it. Not sure if this was a bug or way it was intended but was very annoying. I did manage to tame one so it can be done.
