Silver lost when sent to storage

I just had 756,000 silver and another transaction slightly lower, both get lost sent to storage. my Storage is only holding 12,000 silver.
Plz help.
Also not sure why all my small transactions with jewlers, vendors, ect work and silver is instantly given to me, while my bigger transactions are sent to storage and LOST?
Each vendor has my items in the repurchase tab but my initial Silver is no where in sight. Maybe im not seeing something?
