I purchased a 30 day value pack and activated from my pearl inventory.  It didn't activate.  I've double checked all inventory and relogged several times.  Also, I purchased an 8 storage space increase for the Balenos Territory and it didn't increase.  I bought it twice.  I spent 1800 in pearls with nothing to show for it.  Who do I contact to fix this?
