I am unable to complete Al Rhundi Engulfed in Madness. Somehow I do not have the quest item in inventory to trigger his spawn again and the quest remains incomplete telling me to use said item that I no longer have. I attempted to retrigger it. Is there a way to abandon the quest and pick it up again?
