Can't open Support Ticket

I tried to fill out a support ticket and submit it, but once I want to send it it says:
"Invalid Access to This Page.
Please try it again later."
Anyone else having this problem or knows a workaround? Thanks!
Edit: SOLVED, I included <> and []for item names, once I deleted those special characters it worked.
